City Council member Michael Sabol responded to a letter to the editor in the Clarkston News' Feb. 24 edition, "Council careless with closed meetings, reader says." "The Open Meetings Act does not require a specific case number or litigation on the record," said Sabol, who consulted with attorney JamesTamm of the Michigan Municipal League, who is representing the city in lawsuits filed by city residents Richard and Sue Bisio.
